Happy Halloween!

Halloween was a blast this year! We were supposed to dress up for work so I decided I would be Napoleon Dynamite! I looked like an idiot, but I guess that's the whole point. Joshua was Captain Jack Sparrow and looked awesome. Naomi did his make-up and he really looked like a pirate. We went to the phelp's for the yearly chili feed and after that Joshua hit the streets for his candy. We ended the evening visiting with our neighbors, Brad & Dana. Josh played with Blake and Nate and was exhausted by the tme we left. I would say we had a great Halloween this year.

Welcome Payton

Payton Madison Hughes has Arrived!


Little Payton was born yesterday afternoon. Pearl labored for a couple of hours and was pretty tired, but excited. I got to hold her in my arms and she was well worth the wait.

Josh's First Day of School

Joshua left for his first day of Kindergarten this morning. Unfortunately I was camping in Utah and missed it. But that didn't stop me from having Naomi take some photos and send them to my phone. Technology is Great!

Sunday Fun!

Here is a photo I took of Joshua and his cousins by the river in Washougal. We took a Sunday drive up the gorge and go fishing. I bought Josh and Lexi their own fishing poles. Joshua decided on Superman and Lexi went with Barbi. We had a great time and I got some priceless shots of the kids playing. The best part about it was I got a chance to put my new camera to good use. I just bought a Canon EOS 5D. My first full frame digital SLR. I LOVE THIS CAMERA!
